I've been looking forward to hearing from you. Wonderful to hear your journey with the MDV3100 has started. May the MDV3100 crush this beast!
On the bone pain Sequoiaranger posted;
I had a "concern" that the Taxotere might be losing its effects, as a "pain point" I had originally (and had led to my getting a bone scan that revealed the bone mets), and that had vanished a month ago, re-appeared. Onc said that the cancer cells have structure and bulk, but that once the Taxotere has killed them, there are "holes" that the body needs to fill in with another cell. Kinda like termites in wood---making it porous and lacking strength. So I am at that point where the cells are being killed faster than my body (Zometa notwithstanding) can replace them properly.
