What you describe is a good warning to men new to this, as the condition you describe can be a temporary or a perm. condition, and it can range from mild to severe. And from my readings, sometimes there is no out and out cure for it.
Not saying you, this is meant to be a general remark for new guys. But I feel some men get to zealous about rushing into penile rehab matters. My uro did not want me to do a thing for the first 90 days. No pumps, no pillls, etc. He said there is such complext suturing and stiches in places, that if you go to nuts with it, you can do damage to yourself.
I am leary of the pumps that some men use, because there is no sure way to control the pressure at a particular point, and have read some stories of men hurting themselves with the pump. Other doctors want pills to be used right away, and that might be the safest approach.
When my uro/surgeon was all eager to give me the 90 day talk, he was almost disapointed, as I told him I didn't need any help or pills. I was in that rare club, of Zero ED. Unknown to him, I was getting full errections even when I was on my initial catheter for 63 days, something I wouldn't encourage someone to do, even I was afraid I was going to hurt myself with the tube in place.
I hope you find a remedy in your case, and that some natural healing will take place for you.
