My husband went for his Eligard shot today and said they couldn't get it all in him. They tried three times and some went in but not the full dosage.
Edited to add: my husband puts lidocaine in the area where the shot will go. Today's nurse totally ignored this and put the shot outside of the area.
I am actually pretty angry that the nurse did not listen to him.
Anyone ever have a problem with this?
We will be talking with the doctor next month about
this and probably getting the shot from his urologist - never had a problem there.
