Depends on when he was awarded compensation. They are supposed to review each case after so many months to see if the person has cancer in remission or recurrance. After SRT mine was was rising from a low of .19 to .44 when the VA did my C&P. They told me it was in remission so I filed a NOD with the VA through my VRO. I had submitted all of the psa testing showing that it was on the rise again after SRT. So if his numbers are good they would likely lower his compensation as well as look at other side effects from tx. such as ED. Good luck.
