Welcome to HW. Many of us know the "joys" of hot flashes. Do you best to cope with them. I run two fans in my bedroom (ceiling and floor.) I wear much lighter clothing than I used to. For a while, I carried around a personal hand fan and whipped out when I had a hot flash. I got a lot of laughs from that. (It looks kind of feminine I guess.) For me, the good news is that the hot flash frequency and intensity has dropped from the earlier days. I still have to avoid getting too warm but it is not nearly as bad as the first year or so. Good luck. And, again welcome.
