Before I was diagnosed with this crap, I had never heard of it. Or if I did it never registered.
Just within the last few months have I been letting people outside a pretty small circle - well not including the 1000's here - know of my cancer. Surprise! At least nine guys told me they have this crap.
I had a talk with my wife and daughters - basically (and generally) gals will share things with their friends a lot faster than guys will.
I now have "No one fights alone" and "Prostate Cancer Awareness" magnets on my car. I know folks have looked at the magnets.
I also wear a blue prostate cancer bracelet Zimac gave me. I've been asked about
it on occasion, if a guys asks - I tell him, the guy quickly changes the subject. If a gal asks - I tell her. 9 out of 10 times the gal will ask more questions.
So yes - each one of us has to support anything to do with Prostate Cancer Awareness.
My two cents:)
