1. is gleason score 4+3, or 3+4 ?
2. 7 positive, you only list 6, (4 are gleason six and 2 are 7)
A Robotic surgeon can do this, can an open surgeon do this ? possibly
I often read the argument for open surgery is tactile
I often hear touted long term success, in my opinion that
STARTS at 5 years, then 10-15-20.
