Back Pain after Radical Prostatectomy

Hi everyone. 
My dad has been having some lower back pain recently.  His radical prostatectomy was in September 2012.  He recently had 2 PSA's and one was .01 and one was .02 (this one not sure about have to call doctor and see b/c dad told us before it was<.001.  At any rate, just curious if the back pain was normal.  He didn't have any seminal vesical, bladder, or lymph node invastion but it was less than 1mm at surgical margin. Urologist told him he is about 9 months ahead of schedule.    Thanks

Back pain is normal for everyone of us that strain something AND is probably totally UN-related to prostate cancer.

A steady diet of Ibuprofen for a couple days is good for back pain. If the pain is so bad he can't sleep at night - see a doctor.
