Today I would normally do my regullar workout of stationary cycling and elliptical training, but I have a meeitng tonight after work I need to attend. So I took it upon myself to leave work today for a nice, brisk 30-minute walk.
I'll resume my normal workout tomorrow and throw in an extra day later this week to make up for it.
Week 2, Tuesday
Treadmill, 31 minutes, 2 miles, 20 degree incline.
Weights, 2 sets of lower body exercises covering 5 different muscle groups.
