My RO gave me (and may be of benefit to those that are in the high risk category) a copy of a Special Article from the Journal of Urology, Volume 181, 956-962, March 2009 titled "Adjuvant Radiotherapy for Pathologial T3NOMO Prostate Cancer Significantly Reduces Rish of Metastases and Improves Survival:Long-Term Followup of a Randomized Clinical Trial.
Another article given was from the European Department of Radiotherapy Institute of Oncology dpi:10.1016/jijrobp.2008.07.057 Clinical Investigation Sooner or Later? Outcome Analysis of 431 PCa cancer patients treated with postoperative or salvage radiotherapy. Essentially comes to the same conclusion.
