Hello: Yes, with any injectable, you do run a higher risk of Peyroneis Disease so my doctor recommended messaging the area with a cotton ball for several minutes after injecting and alternating sides. As far as never getting normal erections once you inject...I don't buy that. Many on this forum (and I too) have used Bimix or Trimix and have progressed to a point where injections are no longer needed. In my case I was on them for 6 months and now do not require them anymore since they seemed to have jump-start things. At 19 months, all I need is 10 mg of Cialis. I did not get any curvature whatsoever, but did get a tiny amount during the injection process. That has since totally disappeared. If you try Tri-mix and you feel a bad aching, then you may want to go with Bimix. Or start with Bimix and then move to Trimix if that doesn't work to your desire. Finally, start with small doses and work your way up so you don't end up in the ER. Injections are not bad at all and if you are squeemish, have your wife do them.
