I was also a T3B with Gleason 4+3 and SVI. Since RRP on 5 Nov 2011 my quarterly PSA's have remained undetectable. My next test is next week. By my own choice, I have had no RT of any kind, but have told my URO that at the slightest hint of of a rising PSA I'm ready to go that route.
One consideration in my case is my age. If I were as relatively young as you are, I would take a more aggressive approach.

High-grade PIN: Present
PNI: Present extensively
Vascular/lymphatic invasion: Present Focally
SVI: both involved
100% ED; 2-3 pads/day, dry at night
PSA: thru 9/12 <.1, next 12/12
URO: Radiation if PSA becomes measurable.
