adom soreness has lessened considerably in that I can move pretty freely. Have been walking a mile+ nonstop for last 3 days, getting stronger and faster each day. I do have more soreness in the perennial area though that keeps me from getting up and down very fast. I suppose that will go away someday or at least somewhat become less. Any ideas from you guys on how to speed up the process? Body feels pretty good other than that. After the second day from surgery everyday is an improvement from the day before. Still have cath till May 28. Had the good fortune of keeping it an extra 2 days because of the holiday. That seems to slow me down some. Thanks to each of you who respond not just to me, but to those who really need you. There are a few of you that respond to just about every one. I stand in awe of your knowledge, your penmanship, your encouragement combined with reality, and the caring way you give information to each individual situation. Thanks be to each of you. I am blessed. I am blessed. I am blessed.
