I have had a steadily increasing PSA level for several years. To date, my urologist has done 2 TRUS biopsies (14 samples each) that were both negative. My PSA has continued to increase and now he wants to do a saturation biopsy. I am skeptical about
more blind sample techniques and want to have an MRI-guided biopsy. He is amenable but doesn't know of anywhere here in Florida that does the procedure. I have tried calling Interventional Radiology practices but that has been useless and time consuming. Most of the time the person who answers the phone has no idea and asks another clerk. Googling has done no good, either, so I am turning to the forums to try to find a facility in Florida where I can have this done.
Thanks in advance for any help.
