Big Mac here, welcome aboard. My first PSA in years last year was just over 18 also before a dose of antibiotics broght it under 18.
I have had 3 biopsies and they don't hurt, they are just uncomfortable.
Don't worry about
the past and what you didn't do. The coming months are more important now. Good luck, you have many new friends here that you didn't have last month so you have that going for you.
