I don't know my baseline T, never thought about it. But I can say my libido was ok. I am currently 59.
In your case, the lab made an obvious mistake (0.003 vs 1.000). Anyway, I am going to repeat the test in another lab, hopefully the PSA rise will not be confirmed.
I would think repeating the test at another lab would have no value. Their testing protocol may not be the same and they may not use the same assay so whatever the result it would not be a valid comparison to your 0.003 readings (nor the 0.007). Far better to stick with the same lab for consistency in the testing.
