When do I start my cialis (5mg)and muse ? My surgery was July 16 bag removed 10 days later.

That will be up to your doctor. Some doctors start Cialis right away after surgery to improve blood flow (some start before, actually) and tell the patient to wait six weeks to attempt any 'activities'. Other doctors wait six weeks for everything. It may be too early to start your rehab but it's not to early to ask.

my surgeon had me start Cialis 4 weeks out of surgery and it worked perfectly.

When I got those initial erections I could feel my urethra pulling that early out of surgery and would get concerned.

medical advice :
First Urologist - No seeds or Radiation (may cause cancer in 20 years)
Remove prostate
Second Urologist - We can watch it for 3 months.
Oncologist- advised on all radiation treatments , pending CT Scan of pevis

I started right after the catheter was removed. Started actually trying at about 6 weeks. Had to be very patient--not one of my strong points--but made it all the way back at about 1 year.

Mine started me on Cialis right after the cath came out (8 days post-surgery) - but your doc may have his own protocol - best just to call and ask.
