You are just weeks out of major surgery. When we chose surgery, we all knew that incontinence and ED issues were going to be side effects of the surgery. What you are experiencing is very normal and not to be concerned. As Peter and Pat said, standing up, walking will produce more dribble than sitting down. Watch what you eat and drink, no spicey foods, citrus juices like OJ, coffee, etc.
Be a patient patient.
I wouldn't get to excited about
you first PSA test, sounds like it is a little too soon to check yet. Your first test should be about
3 months post-op.
