That was a great time for a 5k, even healthy. Sounds like you are on your way back.
BTW, they have some great apps to download to see what your pace is. I use a GPS app that gives you paces, times and miles walked, run etc. It even has a map of your run/walk. It keeps track of all your activities with weekly, 6 month and yearly results and calories burned.
