I did not offer an in depth discussion of PNI. Instead, I posted a link and let the experts offer the information, as I am not a doctor and I will not pretend to be one. Here is the link I offered found in my second post in this thread:
You said, "His cannon shot the first volley, and I, Newton's Law, reacted as his cannon did, into his belly."
I would ask the readers to go back and look at my first, second and third posts. Posting a link leading to discussion by someone with more expertise than me is one heck of a volley! Pointing out the decisions we make carry consequences and to consult with medical experts is one heck of a volley!
From my third post, "I think understanding PNI, the mechanism cancer cells escape the capsule and thorough and thoughtful consultation with medical experts is all part of understanding risk. The treatment decisions we make have risk and carry consequences, so we must seek to understand."
You further commented:
"Then shamefully, I smelled blood and and my erudite sarcasm took over. "
I apologize to the readership if they are offended by my first, second and third posts. Logos erudite sarcasm got the best of me and I failed to remain courteous and my perseverance, self control and indomitable spirit faltered; however, I make no apology for my first, second and third posts in this thread and will stand by the fact I am not a doctor and will always encourage others to seek proper medical consultation, and will never attempt to persuade others in matters involving risk that could effect their lives. That is best left to medical professionals.
When I was a baby I looked at pictures. Sometimes visualizing helps. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so I ask the readers to have a look at the picture drawn at the very bottom of this link. Again, unlike others, I am not a medical expert so I leave that to the experts and shall simply rely upon a simple picture together with the information found in the link above.
Logos, I do appreciate your concern and your in depth knowledge and I thank you; however, I take comfort in the knowledge offered by others as well including those who spent many years in medical school and the practice of urology.
