(Edited for clarity...)
My PSA test just came back today, though my blood was drawn last Thursday. Woo hoo! My PSA is <0.01 !!! "Controlled remission" still seems appropriate.
That's the first test I've had with the extra decimal place. My prior tests didn't have that extra decimal place of sensitivity, they just said <0.1. So, <0.01 is even better!
I couldn't get results until this morning because the doc was out Friday. I've said I'm not going to fuss about these tests, and so I was given an extra couple days to wait just to see if I meant it! :)
The call this morning actually surprised me; I wasn't even thinking about it. Wonderful.
The nurse again sounded really concerned about my low T at 10, though. She said that's WAY below normal, and I said that's great! She seemed puzzled, and suggested I keep my next doctor appointment at the end of February. I said I sure will.
(noticed afterward that I accidentally posted this first on last year's February thread! (oops))
