For what it is worth, I had United Healthcare when I had my surgery and they were the best also. I went to a PCa walk/run last September and saw a United Healthcare booth and I made a point to go over and thank them, even though we have BCBS now.

Stage pT3a, Lymph node involvement: 0/4
All post-op PSA tests through 10/15/13 undetectable <0.1
PSA 1/15/14 0.1
