As far as low energy, besides testosterone, have your serum D levels checked via normal blood test.
Even though I live in the sunshine state, I am taking 10,000 IU of vitamin D3 with 100mcg of K-2 and 1200 Mg of calcium. I have no fatigue despite PSA = 0.04 and T = 008.
It is important though to make sure you have your D-level and calcium measured, particularly the latter which is more likely to get toward high end of normal than the srum D is./askdrmyers.wordpress.com/page/23/
