You can also get lycopene from grapefruits and watermelons, it's what gives those products their red color. The RO I saw at Emory when my psa rose to 0.07 told me to eat 2 spoons of tomato paste each day. For some reason heat or cooking brings out the lycopene in products like sauses, paste, ketchup. He mentioned that you couldn't eat enough raw tomatos to get what you could get in two spoons of paste.
