I guess it was inevitable that somebody would eventually come up with an online videogame about
prostates and PCa (although this game actually seems to date from around 2002).
It was developed by the Prostate Cancer Charity in the UK as an educational tool (first link below gives the details) and involves:
"…Navigating Sammy Sperm from Arousal through the Twin Planets Testes to Planet Prostate…"

Unfortunately, I have been unable to locate a free demo of it on the web that I could try, although it does seem to be available on some gaming sites, but one would have to register on those sites to get access to it. But if any of you are gamers, I guess you can get to it somehow, if you really want to try it out.
