It's a great report. A positive margin doesn't mean it's freely roaming around his body. And it's very possible that the surgeon got it all. A positive margin doesn't mean and automatic T3.
I know you folks have had a rough time with the surgery, but you need to just heal and a wait few weeks for the first post PSA test. That's what you need next, not stressing over the what ifs in the the path report. I know it's easy for me to say, but until you've got that PSA test, you have incomplete data and it's largely speculation - nothing you can form an action plan from.
I'd like to suggest that you focus on recovery and healing and ignore the path report until after you see the post op PSA.
