I think what this points out is you take supplements, you take chances. Not that it will hurt, and MAYBE it will help. But what's in it can vary. You may be taking what you think you are, but you may be taking something else. One brand of Vitamin D-3, for example, could be pure, another brand could be half the potency, or worse. And some brands can vary from lot to lot.
It's one product, that I just wouldn't by any house brands. Not even sure about
the premium brands.
