Forum Readers,I am looking for some input from others on this situation I have. I had robotic prostate removal 7/21/14. The doctor told me he spared all the nerves, cancer was confined totally within the prostate, and lymph nodes, margins clear. PSA's to date are >.01 . I am dry all the time except for when I *********. Urine just kind of leaks out as I stroke with medium to hard pressure on my penis, and when I finally do climax I still have that pulsing that I used to feel when I would ejaculate semen. Now during climax urine shoots out instead when those pulses happen, and I am usually good for about 5 strong pulses or contractions. Has anyone else had this happen?? Also, I do vacuum therapy daily since January this year,my penis is looking fuller but no erection without the vacuum. With the posTvac I can get it up to my full 7 1/2". I have to say that my orgasms are much stronger than they used to be. Any information the readers could offer is appreciated!
The urine leakage will improve in time, and in couple of years time, you will not have the problem.
The cause for this is that once penis is erected, it will pull down the bladder, and as the result, the only sphincter that you are left with, will
open, and will allow some urine out. In time this sphincter will become stronger and will do it's job better.
