I'm new here
Welcome to the forum MyHero. I am sorry about
your Dad and all the concerns.
I have been on Zytiga for seven months without any of the really bad side effects you mention. Zytiga is a similar drug to Xtandi. They tell me if you fail one, then there is no point to switch to the other. But it sounds like Xtandi is "working" in your Dad's case since the PSA is being controlled. Maybe you can ask about
switching to Zytiga? There are many posters here more knowledgeable than I, and they may correct me. But I just wanted to throw that out for you.
