My symptoms are same as yours and Redwing's - PSA Undetectible and mild anemia on hematocrit, hemoglobin, red blood cells and even white blood cells. Dr. Jeffrey Turner my medical oncologist who is an associate of Dr. Richard Lam and Dr. Mark Scholz is not concerned with this mild anemia, but we did check my iron which is normal.
Redwing, the serum D blood test is fairly routine every 3 months. Normal is [35 - 100] and I try to keep mine in 50's or 60's with 10,000 IU of vitamin D-3, 100 mcg of K-2 and 1200 mg of calcium. It's the calcium that D-3 helps which has to be monitored to stay below high end of normal and avoid calcium deposits and kidney stones. It's fairly difficult to OD on vitamin D-3 before the calcium gets out of whack.
Dr Snuffy Myers has a couple of Oct 2013 videos is you care to page back that far in time on his site. He advises that if you take oatmeal in morning, take your D-3 at night and they counterbalance one another if taken together.
