John, I'm new to cruising, leaving next Sunday, but I'll take a stab at it.
Snorkeling, no worries, obviously, pee whenever you want@ ;-)
Shore excursions, just make sure you go before leaving the boat. Bring a small backpack with you to take on shore excursions, and among other things, pack an extra depends, or whatever you wear, just in case.
If you are wearing something, guard, shield, whatever, then i dont think the clothes you wear matter, as you probably know by now, those guards are pretty good at keeping your clothes dry. But if it helps psychologically, wear dark shorts or pants.
Enjoy the cruise, just keep doing Kegels. A step backwards along the road to continence, is to be expected once in a while it may clear up before you leave.

Nov 2014 BX 3 of 12 cores positive original pathology G6 10%, G6 20%, G8 (3+5), 70%.
Johns Hopkins second opinion, G3+5=8 downgraded to 3+3=6 @80%
Bone scan and CT Scan negative

Post surgical pathology – G7 (3+4), ECE, Margins, LN, SV all negative
PSA @ 6 weeks 2/15, .<02, 4/15 <.02
