You've gotten great advice above so many don't have much to add.
The second opinion from Epstein or Bostwick is critically important and cannot be emphasized enough. It's something I would've never thought about
if I had not come here. But it's so important that it could change your treatment options.
From what you know so far it looks like your cancer is not only highly treatable but highly likely curable and you do have time.
If you spend some time reading the two books mentioned by Tudpock above, you will find yourself with a world of knowledge and totally equipped to go out and fight this thing and make wise decisions good luck and please keep us posted
Age 64 (in 2014), PSA Feb 2006 - Nov 2014, PSA rose from .7 to 4.3
Nov 2012 - Biopsy - 14 cores all negative for PCa, 1 showed Hi Grade PIN
Nov 2014 BX 3 of 12 cores positive original pathology G6 10%, G6 20%, G8 (3+5), 70%.
G3+5=8 downgraded to 3+3=6 @80% by Dr Epstein, JH
