Just be aware that when you begin radiation treatment, all the healing and ED and continence issues created by the surgery are frozen in place...it's unlikely there will be any further improvement in those areas after RT begins...So if continence is an issue, I would wait on the radiation until that resolves or at least stabilizes...
While that is true, Teddy9 is 2.5 years out from surgery. If those issues haven't resolved by now, I doubt they are going to.
I wouldn't let that be a reason to delay treatment.
