The topic of Kegel exercises has come up before. I am a firm believer in them and absolutely believe they will help regain urinary continence, and possibly aid sexual function too. There inevitably is some differences of opinion on how & how often to do them. We all have our own opinions.

53 yrs old @ Dx. 1/2015 PSA 4.67. 3/2015 PSA 5.0. Biopsy 4/2015. 11of14 cores positive. 4@5%, 2@10%, 1@45%, 1@70%,1@75%, 2@90%. 2nd opinion Mayo 5/2015. DaVinci 6/2015. Pre Op G 3+3. Post Op G 3+4. Stage T2c. Neg. margins, neg. lymph nodes. Post op prostate 45g, tumor approx. 10%. Nerve sparing left side, partial right side. Minimal incontinence 3 weeks.
