There is certainly a lot of stress in your life, and right now that is probably a more urgent need than your prostate cancer. It sounds like you have a loving family, a good support network, and activities that keep you busy. I found that learning mindfulness-based stress reduction helped me with anxiety issues - you may want to look into local classes. I also attend prostate cancer support groups where we all discuss all kinds of issues that others might not understand as well.
You mentioned you were diagnosed at stage 4, indicating some growth into surrounding tissue. The salvage RT didn't seem to get it all, and there may be small bits floating around causing the PSA to rise. If I understand your situation correctly, I think your doctors are giving you good advice. With PSA this low, there's really nothing that has to be done right now (diagnostics or treatments). It's probably a good opportunity before you have to start hormone therapy to get on a good exercise regime if you aren't already.
