Pax, I'm not going to give you advice because you've gotten plenty of that above, mostly from guys who know more than I do.
But one thing I will comment on is your lesion being at the apex and thus close to the sphincter, so high chance of incontinence.
I had 3 of 12 cores positive, and one was at the apex, 80%. It wa G6, but after surgery, upgraded to g7. I had no continence issues at all.
I think if you have a good surgeon with lots of surgeries under his belt, this PROBABLY won't be an issue,
I say PROBABLY because everyone is different and there are no guarantees, with surgery, or any other treatment.
