My husbands PSA came back 4.7 today after being on HT for around 2 months.
Here are his past results what does everyone think?
PSA 4.7 11/08/2016
PSA 46.0 09/22/2016
PSA 51.5 09/12/2016
Please continue lupron injections and Bicalutamide tablets as prescribed.

CT scan Mets to Lymph Nodes,Kidney and Bladder
Bone Scan maybe cancer in hip
Xrays show no cancer
Pet Scan shows no cancer in the bones
Oct 17th Turp and Kidney Stent
Casodex,Lupron every 4 months and B12 shots weekly

Thats great News for you twos! Thats about a 90% drop, very encouraging for him, and you.Keep on the regimen and get the regular follow-ups. Your treatment plan may change, but just keep battling,keep us posted, keep seeking knowledge of the next steps, and keep the Faith!

Tomorrow they are going to try to get a tube in his kidney because they could not get a stent in when he had surgery Oct 17th.
The cancer is blocking the kidney.
They are going though his back this time.

Jacky - I cannot add much to the technical side of the discussion but I wanted to tell you that I follow every one of your posts. I so much admire both of you for your fortitude and your spirit in this ongoing battle.

Biopsy: 12-core biopsy 07/2016; 3 cores G3+3, 5% or less; 1 core 3+4, 15%; 1 core HGPIN; 2% of gland involved. Summary G3+4.

Thanks Paxton and CaliJR.
Steve had the nephrostomy tube and kidney stent put in yesterday and it went well.
Now he says he can not urinate normal.
He left a email for the Dr.
Has this happened to anyone in this group?
