My hot flashes from ADT2 were rather burdensome. Frequent and strong, every 1-1/2 hours, like clockwork, day and night. Megace (megesterol acetate) helped a lot, but not completely. Some recommend low-dose estrogen patches, though I never tried them. No idea how either would interact with your present treatments.
Ask your docs. They want to help, and may be able to suggest something for the hot flashes. You don't need to suffer in silence.
People make fun of the hot flashes, joke about them, and so on, but they really can be disruptive. They're probably my biggest concern about ever having to go back on hormone therapy.
