Jack , I'm not an expert on advanced, or highly aggressive, PC. But one thing I do know, is that if you've got G10, it's important (that's an understatement) to hit it hard with everything you've got. Unless your DR advises otherwise, is say to do that. Or in the words of Halbert, one of our band of brothers here, "go big or go home"
Your depression is just as important as your PC, especially if it's interfering with your interest in proper treatment. I would address that as well, if you aren't already. And consider going on mess. Once you find the right one, it will make a huge difference in your quality of life.
