I knew a guy who stopped smoking and started to have bunch weird problems, weight gain, feeling out of breath all the time, general weakness, etc.
Turns out his office was on the fourth floor of the building and 3-5 times a day he'd walk down the stairs and back up the stairs for his smoke breaks. When he quit, he stopped the stair climbing. Turns that not getting the exercise was causing all kinds of issues.
After he signed up for company's on-site fitness room and started doing morning work outs, he felt a ton better.
Weird stuff happens.
I'll be in the shop.
