You got great advice here, your job now is to educate yourself bout the treatment options available to you.
You said "I'm guessing they will want me to have surgery" . That's a good option. But it's not about
what "they" want. It's about
what YOU want, and you'll only be able to figure that out by researching and understanding the pros and cons on each treatment, time to start learning, and getting into fight mode.
