I had a volume study ultrasound with Dr Martinez today. During the fun, I overheard him say something about
position 45/55 to his team as he finished up. Returned after a long while to say I had two areas of concern about
arch interference while at "position 45" (the position I was in during ultrasound). But he thinks it would be okay if I was to be in "position 55". From my understanding, my rear end would be hiked up to a higher angle. He went on to say he thinks id be an "excellent candidate for this treatment" ....
(Prostate size was 26 at biopsy and 27 today).
Anyone have experience with this? I thought it was kind of an automatic DQ and the whole reason for this ultrasound. I know Dr Martinez is a world class HDR doc which is why I went to him. Im sure he's confident he can make it work but under this circumstance does it somehow make sbrt a more logical choice?
