and, I saw them both for primary treatment when diagnosed. Samadi is exactly what you said he is. I'm sure he's a very good surgeon, that's not the comment I'm referring to.
Tewari is a gem of a person and a great surgeon in my non medical opinion. Not sure how many Salvage Prostatectomies he's done.
You should contact James Eastham, at MSKCC. He is highly experienced in Salvage Prostatectomy.
Whether it would help with mCSPC, I have no clue.

PSA @ 6 weeks 2/15, .<02, remained <0.02 until January 2017, .02, repeat in Feb 2017, still .02. May 2017, <.1 (lab did standard test). Retest May 2017-.033, (new lab). Next test, September Decipher test, low risk, .37 score.
