There will always be diverse opinions. You got two opinions already - one standard-of-care, one extraordinarily aggressive. I doubt that getting two more opinions will help you - there is no definitive opinion, if that's what you're looking for. It is really up to you.
• What do you feel comfortable with?
• What trade-offs are you willing to make between potential side effects and oncological control?
• Have you asked for the reasoning/evidence behind the aggressive and the SOC approach?
No one can decide this for you - it's your decision to make.
And, BTW, it is not an institution that you would get an opinion from, it is specific doctors. Neither Mayo nor JH have the top ROs, imho.
