I don't have experience with it - I doubt anyone does - it's their clinical trial. But I can share the experience so far at UCLA where they treat high risk patients with SBRT monotherapy and up to 9 months of adjuvant Lupron (it was optional). But apalutamide and abiraterone + prednisone have a higher toxicity profile than just Lupron.
