Those aren't the numbers you want. Going to the RO is the right thing. Most likely the RO will recommend radiation to the prostate bed which should get any remaining PC cells in the area. They might recommend some scans first. The normal delivery method is IMRT with around 36 treatments. The side effects are tolerable - honestly it's more of an endurance test.
In some case you'll be told to start HT (hormone treatment) for a year or two (18 months seems to be common these days). The HT weakens the PC cells and makes the SRT more effective. SEs from HT aren't fun, but for short time most can tough it out.
It won't be fun to go through, but you can get there.
