Most of the ill effects of having ones neurotransmitters out of whack also appear as side effects of Trelstar, although they tend to me listed in "less common" area. So, yes, some men on Trelstar will also need to consider adding drugs to tinker with their dopamine and serotonin levels. Whether the drug directly causes depression or if it is taking the drug that causes depression is a subject of debate.
But then again, no, Trelstar does not stop the production of dopamine or serotonin. That would be instantly fatal and men live with Trelstar for a long, long time. Or at least it seemed long to me.
