After you take ADT, mets shrink so that they shouldn't show up on a PET scan. In fact, that's a good test to determine if they were, in fact, mets. They will only show up when you have become castrate resistant. I'm not clear why you would want the PET scan anyway -- what would you do differently if you saw mets or if you didn't?
