That sucks. You're asking a number of questions we can only guess at the answers.
Your future is likely going to include HT, maybe some chemo, maybe other things. You'll be stuck managing this thing for life.
for how long? Tough to say and any answer there is largely a guess. We've seen 'em go fast, and have seen people go for decades before dying of something else.
The best thing to do is to focus on the next step - when to start HT. Then ride that for as long as you can. Then you take the next step. In between live all the life you have.
Get to a good MO who knows PC, and make a plan,
