Me and wifey are yeah

I saw the uro today and my psa is down to 1.4

A small miracle, considering my circumstances...

And yes, I'm a 100% vegan eater, and have been since my doctor told me that it was the only thing that I could do to lower my psa. That was back in '16.

But to be fair, I've been trying to be as vegetarian as possible for several years to try to lose weight, so I guess it was easier for me to clean up my diet on demand.

Then I cleaned it up further, by eliminating the fried fish from my diet. I only steam or bake now, and I feel better, and appreciate the flavor so much more. I would never go back to frying my fish.

Haha, I luv sushi. Why cook it at all? And now that it's the Lent season I get it every Friday.

Hey thanks bro-

I tried checking the sig box to include it, but for some reason it didn't post up... The only correction is I am now 51 years old.

I know about Saipan, by the way, lol.

Wifey is Filipina, and wants to work in Guam, or Saipan, since their English requirements are less strict for health care workers than here on the mainland.

That's a lot to be congratulated for! Nice job!

But I do have a question: even though you're vegan, do you still have fish (just steamed or baked)? Maybe I read that wrong.

I've been eating salmon and cod, either steamed or baked.

What makes life so difficult for me, is the fact that I can no longer digest fiber. So, my life long favorite health foods, like fresh salad, whole grain bread, beans, nuts are no longer an option for me.
